Description of services:

Arrival: first day of booking from 15:00

Departure: last day of booking until 10:00.

The price includes a set of bed linen as well as towels, bath towels and kitchen towels (dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, dish soap)

The price includes the final cleaning as well as the consumption of electricity, water and heating oil

Service: (free)

• On arrival the beds were made.
• A bottle of water from the local mineral water (St.Nikolaus Quelle)
• As well as a pack of Kafepads.
• Towels are changed as required
• And the trash can be emptied!
  

Extras on request: (free of charge)

• Fondue, raclette,
• High chair, garden furniture
• In winter or depending on the weather, you can dry your ski or hiking clothes in the heating cellar.

Terms of payment:

For the contractual conclusion of the booking the guest receives a booking confirmation.

This deposit will be payable on the total price of 70% within 14 days. Only with receipt of the payment

The booking is legally binding.

Payment of the rest is due 2 weeks before the first day of arrival.

We recommend the completion of a travel cancellation insurance!
